Very knowledgeable , honest and friendly service. Mr Kottmann is very informative and knowledgeable about pianos! He patiently explained and pointed me towards an instrument that would best serve my needs! He also helped arrange the transfer of my old piano to my daughter and the delivery of my "new" piano to myself! Thank you Mr Kottmann!

I recently contacted Greg Kottmann at Piano Pros with an urgent need for a piano appraisal. My relative had recently moved to an assisted living facility and we were selling his home. I found out that we had to have a current appraisal for insurance during the move and storage, I called Greg and explained the situation and gave a description of the Steinway as best I could. Greg was very quick to respond and came to the house. Within a few days I had a very professional appraisal and beautiful pictures of the piano. He was a delight to work with and his service was the BEST. I would highly recommend him as you will see other reviewers have said the same.
